Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provide mental health care. They have launched a new range of free mental health self-help guides on their website. These accessible resources are designed to support users with a wide range of mental health concerns. They cover topics from anxiety, low mood and depression, sleep problems, hearing voices and more. They are not a replacement for clinical advice, but they can offer practical tools to help you better understand and manage your mental health, and signpost you to further support where needed
The guides are free to access, available 24/7, and no sign-up or referral is required. They are available in accessible formats including Easy Read, audio and British Sign Language
