You can order your order your repeat medication, by visiting our Prescriptions and Medicines Centre.

Ways of ordering your repeat medication:

• Complete a repeat prescription request.
• Using our online services –  If you would like to register for online services, you can complete our Register for Online Services form.
• Prescription Ordering Service (POD) – please visit www.nwccgpod.co.uk and complete the electronic form to order your repeat medication. If you do not wish to use the website you can still phone the POD service on 01502 718615 or text your name and surgery name to 07378 905 195 and you will be called back within 24 hours.
• By post – Return the tear off slip from your most recent prescription marking which items you need. Please remember to include a stamp addressed envelope unless you or someone else will be collecting it from the surgery.

Please allow 3 working days for repeat prescriptions to be processed.
