Suggestions, Comments and Complaints

We try to keep the surgery premises safe, clean and tidy but would appreciate feedback from our patients if things are not working properly or you have suggestions for ways in which we can improve.

If you wish to submit feedback to the practice, please use our Feedback triage.

There is also a box in main reception where you can leave your comments/suggestions in writing.
