Due to a recent merge we are looking to recruit a clinical pharmacist to join our supportive, friendly team of GPs, ANPs, Nurses, HCA’s and administrative staff. We are a forward thinking practice based in the seaside town of Gorleston, Great Yarmouth within easy reach of the fine city of Norwich.

The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a patient facing role, providing clinical leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement. The role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service within general practice.
