We are currently planning our Flu & Covid Autumn Booster vaccine clinics, please read below for details:
You may receive a text from the Surgery with a link to book your own appointment or receive a phone call from a member of the team. We will be inviting patients in order of priority so please wait to be contacted but if you have any queries you can call us on 01493 414141, and select option 2 for our Flu/Covid line.
We will be offering both vaccines in the same appointment which is safe and saves you an additional trip into the Surgery. We will have appointments available at all three branches and will try and accommodate your first choice wherever possible.
We will be offering appointments to patients who are immunosuppressed, aged 65 and over, and those under 65 with a health condition primarily. We will then invite patients aged over 50 after the 15th of October as per JCVI guidance. If you are housebound, we will be contacting you soon to make arrangements to visit you for your vaccinations.
We will be offering flu vaccines to children aged 2 & 3 but will not be offering covid vaccines to anyone under 18. Those under 18 who are eligible for a Covid vaccine will be able to access an appointment for a vaccination via www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination or 119.
